Fluency Content is working hard to help you and your business thrive. But in order to make that happen in the most respectful and clear manner, it is necessary that you as a client agree to the Terms and Conditions laid out here. Please read these terms of use carefully. The site is owned by "Fluency translation and writing services" Abu Dhabi, referred to below as “Fluency Content”, while you, as the client is referred to as “You” or "Client".

General terms and conditions

By using this website and by placing an order with Fluency, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. It is your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions regularly for changes. If you do not agree with any change to the Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the site and services.
Your access to and use of this website is subject exclusively and strictly to our Terms and Conditions.
No contractual obligations are created until an order is accepted

Ordering and delivery

Ordering of services is possible only through the website forms, the Free CV review form and General form.
Work on an order starts once you have accepted the order, paid for the service and your payment reflects in Fluency's account. The turnaround times are timed from the point at which the payment is received:

CV Writing and Design based on the information you provide requires up to 7 workdays, depending on the career level, experience and current workload.
Any bundle that includes CV writing will be completed within 10 workdays.
LinkedIn profile creation can take up to 20 days, depending on approval times and adding new connections.
Existing LinkedIn profile optimization can take up to 7 days.
Website portfolios can take up to 10 workdays.
Content writing services will be completed within 5 to 10 working days. This, however, is subject to change, depending on clients’ requirements.
During periods of high demand, orders may take longer to be completed, and you will be duly informed about potential delays.
Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Per CV two reviews and edits can be requested within 14 days from delivery with no extra charge, and these can take between 1-5 workdays. Reviews and edits refer to minor changes or tweaks to the CV for new, similar job applications.

Your CV will be delivered in PDF or MS Word format. Other website content can be delivered in PDF or Google Docs.
In the unlikely event that the order has been completed and sent, but you do not receive your order because of a technical issue, please send an email to help@fluencycontent.com. Fluency Content cannot be held liable for late deliveries in such a scenario.

Payment

Payment is required in full for all orders.
The means of payment is bank transfer. The bank account details will be shared after the offer is accepted by you. No online payments are processed directly through the website.
Payment needs to be made within 24h of accepting an offer. In case of non-payment in 24h, the order will be deemed canceled.

Cancellation and Refund

Cancellations can only be made within the first 24 hours of your purchase.
After payment is made and your order is processed, lack of communication on your end, such as failure to respond to emails, phone calls, missing consultations, or to further provide the assigned writer with any document or information requested to produce your CV and/or LinkedIn profile timely and professionally, will cause delays, or even cancelation of the service if the no-response period exceeds the projected turnaround time for the specific service.
Failure to deliver the services on our part will entitle you to a refund. However, we cannot be held liable for any further losses that might have occurred indirectly or later on.
No refunds will be due for orders that have been delivered on time.
Fluency Content takes full responsibility in case of an error on your CV, LinkedIn, or website content and will make necessary corrections at no additional cost.

CV Review – Is a free review of your existing CV for spelling, grammar, formatting, keywords, information order, consistency, and professional language without any edits.
CV offer – is a summarized result of your CV review, with an offer to rewrite and redesign it by a professional CV writer, following the job description of a position that you are planning to apply for.
SEO Content writing – Creating written website content that is Search Engine Optimized for Google.
Content polishing – SEO optimization and rewriting of the existing content for Google.
LinkedIn creation – A new professionally written LinkedIn profile (account setup, page design, bio intro, custom URL, optimised content and skill set).
LinkedIn optimization – A professionally re-written and optimized existing LinkedIn profile.

Liability

CV and LinkedIn: Fluency Content is not a recruiting service, does not interact with employers and cannot be held accountable if a client does not reach the interview phase for the job application or for not being hired for the position the CV is written for.
SEO: Fluency Content cannot guarantee ranking for the first or second page of Google search, unless you are already there and need a boost. If your business or content starts from scratch, or if you are a small market player, or if your content is way behind in the search results, the content produced by a Fluency Content writer will start to visibly rank only after several months, but it may take more (check here for industry facts). It is important to note that the SERP ranking is influenced by market competition, a constantly changing algorithm, and user input. However, the written SEO content, articles, blogs, landing pages, product descriptions, etc., are guaranteed to be written following SEO best practices, and standards for best ranking, and they will move your content up on the search ladder.
